E-Series Twice
The compact alternative to a vestibule
The E-Series Twice is designed specifically for entrance areas exposed to high wind loads or strong draughts. The unit combines two coordinated air curtains in a compact housing: the front air curtain operates in recirculation mode and reduces the ingress of outside air. The second air curtain supports the air separation and provides additional heating to the entrance area during the winter.
With this dual air curtain arrangement, the E-Series Twice provides a compact alternative to a conventional vestibule.
The patented CONVERGO® nozzle technology provides precise airflow control and a high discharge range while requiring a lower air volume than conventional air curtain systems.
The E-Series Twice is also available with EC fans, providing continuously variable speed control and allowing the fan output to be adjusted to suit the requirements of the installation.

4 of 9The two perforated sheet-metal air intake grilles are designed to support smooth airflow while maintaining a clean appearance.
5 of 9The graduated adjustment mechanism allows the discharge angle of the CONVERGO® nozzles to be set precisely.
6 of 9The discharge openings of the patented CONVERGO® nozzles extend almost continuously across the entire length of the unit. When several units are installed side by side, this allows a largely continuous discharge area to be created across the doorway.
7 of 9The large nozzle sidewalls help to guide the airflow through the discharge opening. An additional flow profile divides the airflow into a primary and secondary air stream. The higher discharge velocity of the primary air stream increases the penetration depth of the airflow.
8 of 9A separate access panel can be opened without special tools – a coin is sufficient – providing easy access to the filters for maintenance.

The E-Series Twice is available in two housing types: for exposed ceiling installation or for flush installation in a suspended ceiling with the underside of the unit remaining visible.
Housing type U
For exposed horizontal installation with air intake from below.
Housing type UDB
For flush installation in a suspended ceiling, with air intake from below and the entire underside of the unit remaining visible.
Wide range of accessories
A wide range of accessories is available for our air curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be adapted to different requirements and installation situations.
Comfort ceiling bracket
The comfort ceiling bracket enables stable multi-point mounting of the air curtain and reduces vibrations and noise.
Outdoor temperature sensor
The sensor measures the current outside temperature. It transmits this to the control unit, which automatically selects the appropriate fan speed and summer or winter mode.
Door contact
With the door contact, the control system switches on the air curtain as soon as the door is opened. When the door is closed, the air curtain is automatically switched off again.

Individual colours
Teddington air curtains are powder-coated to a high standard and supplied in RAL 9016 Traffic White as standard. Six additional colours are available for a small surcharge, with custom colours available on request.
