Please carry out the following checks step by step.

1. Check whether the fuse in the fuse box is switched on.
   » Switch on the fuse
2. Check whether the main switch (optional extra) in the device is switched on.
   » Switch on the main switch
3. Check whether the control panel is switched on (touch control panels only).
   » Press the on/off button on the control panel
4. Check whether a fault is displayed on the control panel (touch control panels only).
   » Acknowledge the fault
   » Inform the installer about the fault
5. Check whether the devices have the authorisation (BMS) to run.
   » Have the release issued
6. Check whether the devices are in automatic mode and automatic contacts (e.g. door contact) are not connected
   » Temporarily change to manual mode and check whether the device is running
   » If not, inform the installer
7. Check whether a timer is stored
   » Adjust the timer so that the device is activated

Please carry out the following checks step by step.

1. Check whether the central heating in the building is switched on.
   » Switch on the heating and open the valves
2. Check whether the Air Curtain is operating in winter mode.
   » Change the setting from summer to winter mode.
3. Check whether the target air discharge temperature is too low (touch control panel only).
   » Increase the target air discharge temperature.
4. Check whether the heat output is set too low (electric door air curtain only).
   » Increase the heat output. Caution: The heating level can correspond to the maximum fan level.
5. Check whether the flow temperature at the air curtain is too low.
   » Contact the installer.

Often occurs at the beginning of the heating period, caused by soiling of the heating coil during the summer period when the heating coil was not used.

» Switch off the device and wait until the heating coil has cooled down
» Clean the heating coil and air intake grille with a vacuum cleaner or compressed air

1. Check whether the filter is dirty or blocked.
   » Check, clean or replace the filter.
2. Check whether the fan speed is set correctly.
   » Adjust the fan speed on the control panel.
3. Check whether the air outlet system is set correctly
   » Change the setting of the air outlet system, this should aim at the doorstep
   » Rotate the Convergo air outlet nozzle by 180° if it is misaligned (see operating instructions for more information)
4. Check whether fans are running properly
   » Contact installer
