The Air Curtain for smaller hall gates – efficient, economical, intelligent
With the C-Series Industry, you can perfectly adapt the Air Curtain to your individual entrance situation. The patented CONVERGO pressure chamber nozzle technology from Teddington enormously reduces the room energy requirement. This enables energy savings of more than 80% compared to unprotected entrances.
The C-Series Industry is particularly low-maintenance and optimized with an adapted heat exchanger for industrial applications up to a door height of 3.3 m, for example truck dock doors, loading bay doors, etc.
A highly directed air jet that can be used to shield very high and wide doors with low energy consumption.

3 of 6The fine adjustment by means of a grid enables the air discharge angle of the CONVERGO® nozzle to be set precisely.
4 of 6The discharge opening of the patented CONVERGO® nozzle extends almost the entire length of the appliance without interruption. This ensures maximum efficiency when several appliances are installed in series.
5 of 6The large nozzle cheeks ensure a clean air flow. An additional flow profile divides the air flow into a primary and secondary jet. The increased outlet velocity in the primary jet leads to an even greater penetration depth.

Depending on the building situation or customer requirements, our C-Series Industry Air Curtains are produced in three housing types.
Housing type S
Horizontal visible installation,
air intake at the front.
Housing type U
For visible or suspended ceiling installation, with visible underside of device, air intake from below. Optionally available with ceiling installation frame.
Housing type S-V
Vertical visible installation, air intake at the front.
Wide range of accessories
A wide range of accessories is available for our Air Curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be optimally adapted to your requirements.
Comfort ceiling bracket
The comfort ceiling bracket enables stable multi-point mounting of the Air Curtain and reduces vibrations and noise.
Frost protection thermostat
The frost protection thermostat mounted on the heat exchanger measures the temperature via a capillary sensor. Below 7 °C, it instructs the control board to open valves and switch off fans to prevent frost damage.
Door contact
The door contact is connected to the Air Curtain control system and enables automatic operation: when the door opens, it switches on the Air Curtain; when the door closes, the device is automatically deactivated again.

Individual colours
Teddington Air Curtain systems are powder-coated to a high quality. Our units are manufactured in RAL 9016 Traffic White as standard. On request, you can choose from six timeless colours for a small surcharge. – Would you like a very special colour? Talk to us about your desired colour.
