Where absolute silence is required, the E-Series Silent Air Curtain system from Teddington is the right solution. For example, in hotels, business premises, hospitals, libraries or wherever people are in the immediate vicinity of the Air Curtain.
The E-Series Silent units are equipped with highly effective sound insulation and whisper-quiet motors. Even at high shielding performance, they produce virtually no noise.
As with the E-Series, the silent air curtain is available in various designs for every building situation.

3 of 7The fine adjustment by means of a grid enables the air discharge angle of the CONVERGO® nozzle to be set precisely.
4 of 7The discharge opening of the patented CONVERGO® nozzle extends almost the entire length of the appliance without interruption. This ensures maximum efficiency when several appliances are installed in series.
5 of 7The large nozzle cheeks ensure a clean air flow. An additional flow profile divides the air flow into a primary and secondary jet. The increased outlet velocity in the primary jet leads to an even greater penetration depth.
6 of 7A separate flap, which can be opened without any special tools (a coin is all that is needed), filter maintenance can be carried out in a few simple steps.

Depending on the building situation or customer requirements, our E-Series Silent Air Curtains are produced in various housing types; e.g. wall or ceiling installation in the visible area, suspended ceiling installation with visible underside, integration into a suspended ceiling or many other options.
Housing type S
Visible horizontal installation,

Housing type Z
Suspended ceiling installation, air intake from below, only air intake and air discharge opening visible.
Housing type U
For visible or suspended ceiling installation, with visible underside of device, air intake from below. Optionally available with ceiling installation frame.
Housing type UDB

Wide range of accessories
A wide range of accessories is available for our Air Curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be optimally adapted to your requirements.
Comfort ceiling bracket
The comfort ceiling bracket enables stable multi-point mounting of the Air Curtain and reduces vibrations and noise.
Suspension cover
The AVS suspension cover conceals the supply lines and threaded rods of the Air Curtain, ensuring a clean, high-quality appearance.
Door contact
With the door contact, the control system switches on the Air Curtain as soon as the door is opened. When the door is closed, the Air Curtain is automatically switched off again.

Teddington Air Curtain systems are powder-coated to a high quality. Our units are manufactured in RAL 9016 Traffic White as standard. On request, you can choose from six timeless colours for a small surcharge. – Would you like a very special colour? Talk to us about your desired colour.
