The Teddington Ellipse design air curtain represent a successful blend of timeless design and high-performance air screening, specially developed for sophisticated entrance areas in retail and other high-end environments. With its gently rounded, elegant lines, this design air curtain blends harmoniously into both classic and modern architectural concepts, becoming an aesthetic feature of any façade.
Thanks to the patented CONVERGO® pressure chamber nozzle system, the Ellipse generates a stable, highly directional airflow that effectively separates outside air, draughts, dust and insects from the interior. With an discharge width of up to 4.40 m, this design air curtain provides effective protection even with wide doors and high customer traffic, reducing heat loss whilst creating a pleasant indoor climate.
The Ellipse is mounted horizontally, for example above swing or sliding doors, and can be manufactured in custom lengths from 1000 mm to 3000 mm. In addition to classic powder coatings, a high-quality stainless steel finish or custom colours are also available, allowing the air curtain to be optimally adapted to the respective architecture. Optional integrated LED spotlights and special features further enhance the combination of function and design.
Manufactured to ‘Made in Germany’ standards, this designer air curtain impresses with its durable construction and high cost-effectiveness – an elegant and efficient system that saves energy, enhances customer comfort and meets even the most demanding design requirements.

The ELLIPSE Air Curtain is an elegant, classic solution for effective separation of indoor and outdoor air. With its frontal air intake, it can be installed either directly above the door or up to the maximum recommended installation height.

3 of 6The fine adjustment by means of a grid enables the air discharge angle of the CONVERGO® nozzle to be set precisely.
4 of 6The discharge opening of the patented CONVERGO® nozzle extends almost the entire length of the appliance without interruption. This ensures maximum efficiency when several appliances are installed in series.
5 of 6The large nozzle cheeks ensure a clean air flow. An additional flow profile divides the air flow into a primary and secondary jet. The increased outlet velocity in the primary jet leads to an even greater penetration depth.

A wide range of accessories is available for our Air Curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be optimally adapted to your requirements.
Comfort ceiling bracket
The comfort ceiling bracket enables stable multi-point mounting of the Air Curtain and reduces vibrations and noise.
Suspension cover
The AVS suspension cover conceals the supply lines and threaded rods of the Air Curtain, ensuring a clean, high-quality appearance.
Sound insulation
The Air Curtain can also be fitted with sound-absorbing insulation, which further reduces the already low operating noise.

Teddington Air Curtain systems are powder-coated to a high quality. Our units are manufactured in RAL 9016 Traffic White as standard. On request, you can choose from six timeless colours for a small surcharge. – Would you like a very special colour? Talk to us about your desired colour.
