The Teddington Ratiovent Turbo is a particularly powerful air curtain for industrial doors, designed specifically for extra-tall doors in industrial and logistics settings. Building on the proven Ratiovent range, it combines powerful airflow with simple installation and low-maintenance operation to ensure effective protection against energy loss, even under demanding conditions.
Equipped with two parallel nozzles from the patented CONVERGO® pressure chamber nozzle system, the Ratiovent Turbo generates a double, stable air curtain that forms an effective barrier despite large door openings. With a maximum airflow range of up to 7 metres, this air curtain ensures that even particularly tall industrial doors are efficiently protected against cold, heat loss, draughts and external influences, without hindering internal traffic.
The modular design allows Ratiovent Turbo units of various lengths to be seamlessly combined to fully cover even large door widths. Horizontal installation above the industrial door and the robust construction with high-quality powder coating ensure a durable, reliable solution for industrial applications. Teddington manufactures the Ratiovent Turbo to robust ‘Made in Germany’ standards, designed for maximum efficiency, high process reliability and easy integration into complex building services systems.

With its central air discharge and two nozzles, the Ratiovent Turbo is predestined for use on particularly high gates. Thanks to the two nozzles, the Ratiovent Turbo creates two invisible barriers that provide effective screening despite the enormous discharge height.

A wide range of accessories is available for our Air Curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be optimally adapted to your requirements.
Comfort ceiling bracket
The comfort ceiling bracket enables stable multi-point mounting of the Air Curtain and reduces vibrations and noise.
Door contact
The door contact is connected to the Air Curtain control system and enables automatic operation: when the door opens, it switches on the Air Curtain; when the door closes, the device is automatically deactivated again.
