One of the most powerful air curtains in the world
The Teddington Ratiovent Turbo is a powerful industrial air curtain designed specifically for large and particularly tall industrial doors. With a maximum recommended installation height of 7 metres, it has been developed for large door openings where high airflow rates and a high penetration depth are required.
Two parallel nozzles of the patented CONVERGO® pressure chamber nozzle system produce two precisely directed air streams across the door opening. A single unit provides a nominal airflow rate of up to 42,480 m³/h. This can reduce the exchange of indoor and outdoor air through open industrial doors and help to limit the ingress of cold outside air and draughts.
The Ratiovent Turbo is available in unit lengths from 0.90 to 2.70 metres. For wider industrial doors, several units can be combined in a modular arrangement, allowing the air curtain system to cover large door openings across their full width.

Wide range of accessories
A wide range of accessories is available for our Air Curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be adapted to different requirements and installation situations.
Comfort ceiling bracket
The comfort ceiling bracket enables stable multi-point mounting of the air curtain and reduces vibrations and noise.
Door contact
The door contact is connected to the air curtain control system and enables automatic operation: when the door opens, it switches on the air curtain; when the door closes, the device is automatically deactivated again.

Teddington industrial air curtains are powder-coated to a high standard and supplied in RAL 7011 Iron Grey as standard. Six additional colours are available for a small surcharge, with custom colours available on request.
