Robust air curtain for industrial doors
The Teddington Robuvent is a robust air curtain for industrial doors in production facilities, warehouses and logistics buildings. Its functional design provides a cost-effective solution for applications where reliable air separation and flexible installation are required.
The CORRIGO® air discharge system produces a uniform, precisely directed air stream across the door opening. This can reduce the exchange of indoor and outdoor air through open industrial doors and help to limit the ingress of cold outside air and draughts in adjacent working areas.
For horizontal installation, the Robuvent is suitable for recommended installation heights of up to 6.00 m. Vertical configurations can cover door widths of up to 6.00 m with a unit installed on one side and up to 12.00 m with units installed on both sides.
Three different housing types allow the Robuvent to be adapted to different industrial door and installation situations. The units are manufactured from galvanised sheet steel and are available for ambient operation or with LTHW heating.
The Teddington compact Air Curtains with the CORRIGO® air discharge system achieve noticeably better room comfort and significantly better shielding compared to conventional lamella units.

Robust and functional construction
The Robuvent combines a robust galvanised sheet steel housing with a functional design for industrial applications. Three different housing types allow the air curtain to be adapted to different door and installation situations.

The aerodynamically shaped air intake supports a uniform air supply to the unit.
CORRIGO® air discharge system – a new level of lamella technology. The air discharge element can be adjusted in both directions, allowing the discharge angle to be adapted to the installation situation.
The discharge opening of the CORRIGO® air discharge system extends across almost the entire length of the unit. When several units are installed side by side, this creates an almost continuous air discharge across the doorway.
Housing types for different industrial door situations
The Robuvent is available in three housing types for horizontal or vertical installation, allowing the system to be adapted to different industrial door and building situations.
Housing type ASY
Single or multiple unit with asymmetrical discharge in horizontal installation.
Housing type ASY-V
Vertical systems (on both sides of the gate) for effective screening of large gates with asymmetrical air discharge.
Housing type SE
System for installation under the sectional gate. The air intake is from the front.
Wide range of accessories
A wide range of accessories is available for our air curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be adapted to different requirements and installation situations.
Comfort ceiling bracket
The comfort ceiling bracket enables stable multi-point mounting of the air curtain and reduces vibrations and noise.
Frost protection thermostat
The frost protection thermostat mounted on the heat exchanger measures the temperature via a capillary sensor. Below 7 °C, it signals the control system to open the valves and switch off the fans to help prevent frost damage.
Door contact
The door contact is connected to the air curtain control system and enables automatic operation: when the door opens, it switches on the air curtain; when the door closes, the device is automatically deactivated again.
