Space-saving vertical design air curtain for sliding doors
The Topas is a slim, vertically installed air curtain designed for entrance areas where space is limited. Positioned alongside the door, its flat column design requires little floor space and integrates discreetly into the entrance area. It is particularly suited to automatic sliding doors.
The patented CONVERGO® pressure chamber nozzle system produces a stable, precisely directed air stream that reduces the exchange of indoor and outdoor air. This can help to reduce the loss of heated or cooled air as well as draughts around the entrance.
The Topas can be installed on one or both sides of the doorway. Depending on the power level, door widths of up to 2.40 m can be covered with a unit on one side and up to 4.80 m with units installed on both sides.

Space-saving vertical air curtain
The Topas is designed for vertical installation alongside the doorway. Air is drawn into the unit from the rear, allowing the slim column air curtain to be positioned close to the door system while requiring minimal floor space. Its discreet design makes it particularly suitable for automatic sliding doors and entrance areas where space is limited.
Wide range of accessories
A wide range of accessories is available for our air curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be adapted to different requirements and installation situations.
Door contact
With the door contact, the control system switches on the air curtain as soon as the door is opened. When the door is closed, the air curtain is automatically switched off again.
Solenoid valve
The solenoid valve, controlled by the Teddington control board, automatically shuts off the water in summer mode so that the air curtain runs in recirculation mode without heating.
Sound insulation
The air curtain can also be fitted with sound-absorbing insulation to further reduce operating noise.

Teddington air curtains are powder-coated to a high standard and supplied in RAL 9016 Traffic White as standard. Six additional colours are available for a small surcharge, with custom colours available on request.
