The unrivalled air curtain for industrial doors
The Ratiovent industrial air curtain from Teddington is a sophisticated air curtain designed specifically for demanding applications in industrial halls, logistics centres and production facilities. With its patented CONVERGO® pressure chamber nozzle system, the Ratiovent generates a powerful, targeted airflow that reliably seals off doors up to a height of 5.50 m whilst saving energy. This technology requires around 30% less energy than conventional air curtains whilst providing the same level of protection – a significant advantage in terms of operating costs and sustainability.
Maximum efficiency for open industrial doors
Air curtains ensure that warm indoor air does not escape unchecked and cold outdoor air does not penetrate, particularly in the case of doors that are frequently opened. Thanks to its powerful, high-performance airflow, the Ratiovent creates an effective barrier along the door opening without hindering the flow of staff, forklifts or machinery. This invisible protective layer improves the indoor climate, protects your staff from draughts in the workplace and noticeably reduces energy loss.
Flexible installation and application options
The Ratiovent air curtain for industrial doors features a modular design and is available in a wide range of configurations – from horizontal installation and vertical systems to asymmetrical alignment for specific door configurations. This allows any door width and height to be individually sealed off – even for large industrial doors with high clearances.
For particularly tall doors the Ratiovent Turbo is recommended.

Powerful industrial Air Curtain for horizontal installation
With its central air discharge nozzle, the Ratiovent housing type SW is suitable for horizontal installation directly on large industrial doors where, for example, the door roller is located above. The air intake is at the top. Its modular design enables successful shielding even for wide gates.

Ratiovent SE
Powerful industrial Air Curtain for horizontal installation on sectional doors
If air intake from above is not possible due to limited space, e.g. due to a sectional door, the Ratiovent housing type SE the solution. The air intake is from the front side and the air discharge is directly above the door.

An additional flow profile divides the air flow into a primary and secondary jet. The increased outlet velocity in the primary jet leads to an even greater penetration depth.

A wide range of accessories is available for our Air Curtains – from contact switches and thermostats to temperature sensors, valves and practical mounting accessories. This allows the units to be optimally adapted to your requirements.
Comfort ceiling bracket
The comfort ceiling bracket enables stable multi-point mounting of the Air Curtain and reduces vibrations and noise.
Frost protection thermostat
The frost protection thermostat mounted on the heat exchanger measures the temperature via a capillary sensor. Below 7 °C, it instructs the control board to open valves and switch off fans to prevent frost damage.
Door contact
The door contact is connected to the Air Curtain control system and enables automatic operation: when the door opens, it switches on the Air Curtain; when the door closes, the device is automatically deactivated again.
